Registration closed for 2021 season
The WBMBA executive has worked to keep the per-player costs down, given the shortened season and the requirement for players to provide some of their own equipment. Players are expected to provide their own bat and helmet, as well as black uniform pants at the 7U-13U levels. The WBMBA will have used pants available for purchase (for $10/$20) prior to the start of the competitive season. More details will be shared once teams are formed. Families who may need financial support may contact firstname.lastname@example.org to be directed to organizations that may be able to help.
The costs for this year (subject to some reimbursement if the season does not run as planned) is $50 for T-ball and $100 for 7U-13U (along with a $50 refundable uniform deposit at those levels).
We have one team at each of the 7U (Jr. Rookie), 9U (Sr. Rookie), 11U (Tyke) and 13U (Peewee) levels, and four T-ball teams.
The WBMBA has developed a COVID19 Safety Plan. This plan is expected to change as provincial and local public health guidelines are updated. All families are expected to review this plan prior to confirming registration and throughout the season (as required) and will be expected to adhere to all guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe return to play. Players/spectators who fail to abide by the rules and guidelines in the Safety Plan will face repercussions.
