Learn more about each division.

All players are expected to provide their own bat and helmet, and wear appropriate safety protection (jock or jill). Players in the 8U to 15U divisions must also have a pair of black uniform pants for games. You may find black baseball pants at local stores including the Uniform Factory or Trott's Sports Excellence in Collingwood or online through various sports retailers (SportChek, Under Armour, etc.) All players will receive a team t-shirt and hat with their registration. Players at the 8U to 15U levels will be provided with a team jersey to use for the duration of the season.

Payment for the 2024 season will be accepted through credit/debit during registration, or after the registration form is completed via etransfer. Please note that your registration is not complete until we have received payment (either online through our registration system or via etransfer). Etransfers should be sent to [email protected], with the player name(s) and division(s) included in the notes/comments of the transfer. Any players that are not able to be placed on a team will be fully refunded

Bond hours

Minor sports don’t run without support! The bond program exists to encourage all families to become actively involved in the operation and success of the league, and to balance the workload for our volunteer executive members and coaches.

For the 2024 season, each registered family with players in the 8U to 15U divisions will be expected to contribute 10 bond hours. Bond hours can be completed by helping out at practices, scorekeeping, volunteering at WBMBA events such as the bottle drive/BBQ or end of year celebration, washing team jerseys, etc. Hours will be tracked by one parent/guardian for each team (this counts towards bond hours, too!)

Families will be asked to provide a $100 bond cheque at the beginning of the season. If the family completes their bond hours, the cheque will be returned at the end of the season. If bond hours are not completed, the cheque will be cashed. If you are unable to provide a cheque, please contact [email protected] to make alternate arrangements.
