Bond hours are back

Minor sports don’t run without support! The bond program exists to encourage all families to become actively involved in the operation and success of the league, and to balance the workload for our volunteer executive members and coaches.

For the 2023 season, each registered family will be expected to contribute 10 bond hours. Bond hours can be completed by helping out at practices, scorekeeping, volunteering at WBMBA events such as the bottle drive/BBQ or end of year celebration, washing team jerseys, etc. Hours will be tracked by one parent/guardian for each team (this counts towards bond hours, too!)

Families will be asked to provide a $100 bond cheque at the beginning of the season. If the family completes their bond hours, the cheque will be returned at the end of the season. If bond hours are not completed, the cheque will be cashed. If you are unable to provide a cheque, please contact [email protected] to make alternate arrangements.
